Medico-legal expert witness

Independent neuroradiology expert witness reports are provided for clinical negligence and personal injury cases involving brain, spine, and orbital imaging.

Each report addresses the imaging questions relevant to the case: what the studies show, whether findings were present on the available imaging, whether they were correctly identified and reported, and their significance.

Reports are written to be accessible to instructing solicitors and the court, with a reasoned, clinically grounded interpretation of the imaging.

Reports are prepared in accordance with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules and the associated Practice Direction.
